Organizing a meeting, trade show, conference or throwing a corporate party requires many special skills and abilities. Bow Valley College’s Events Management Certificate program provides you with the practical skills and knowledge you need to successfully plan, organize, manage, promote, and evaluate special events. Learn how to effectively work in a business environment in a variety of roles associated with event planning.

This is a part-time certificate program that will take a minimum of two years to complete. There are 13 required courses. Courses completed in the certificate program can be transferred to the diploma program.
